Hello eBay Community,
I am a Top Rated Seller from Bosnia and Herzegovina with a Basic Store, 451 positive feedback and 0 negatives. Recently my account was suspended due to “negative buyer experience” (BBE).
The flagged cases were not my fault:
Due Custom Tax from US Administration, Our BiH post stopped shipping to USA temporarely..II Had to cancel about six orders.
In every case, I refunded the buyers immediately – everyone received their money back and was satisfied.
I also contacted eBay support about each situation, and they confirmed at the time that everything was fine and handled correctly.
Despite this, eBay now says the suspension and restriction
This is extremely frustrating – years of work, reputation and investment disappeared overnight.
!!!Has anyone else experienced a BBE suspension like this? Is there any real way to escalate the case and get a fair review?

When I said you cannot appeal, that was specifically in regard to being suspended for BBE. That is completely true. There is no appeal process for that. Your thread about a specific customer issue is irrelevant, and the fact that you are still suspended and have no active listings shows me that my answer was correct.

You don't necessarily need to close your account, it just won't be possible to sell anymore. If you do want to close your account, that option should appear in your Account Settings on the right. https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas

Thank you my Friend for quick reply. I will do that for sure, as i can see there,s nothing I Can do to save my Ebay store to continue my selling. I will one more time check my activity. And one more question, before i close my account, do I have to delete al my listing? Thank you in advance.

Yes, you do,cant have active listings and close your account.
