It would seem your complaint might be misdirected. Rather than rail at eBay, perhaps you could find a contact for Dr. Seuss Enterprises, the company that controls the publication, licensing and sales of author's works.
Six of Dr. Seuss's books have been identified as problematic by the managers of the author's publications. Dr. Seuss Enterprises has decided those books were inappropriate for today's more inclusive, more tolerant, less insulting, hurtful, denigrating society. Dr. Seuss Enterprises has made the decision to cease the publication, licensing and sales of those books.
Their statement:
Today, on Dr. Seuss’s Birthday, Dr. Seuss Enterprises celebrates reading and also our mission of supporting all children and families with messages of hope, inspiration, inclusion, and friendship.
We are committed to action. To that end, Dr. Seuss Enterprises, working with a panel of experts, including educators, reviewed our catalog of titles and made the decision last year to cease publication and licensing of the following titles: And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street, If I Ran the Zoo, McElligot’s Pool, On Beyond Zebra!, Scrambled Eggs Super!, and The Cat’s Quizzer. These books portray people in ways that are hurtful and wrong."
Ceasing sales of these books is only part of our commitment and our broader plan to ensure Dr. Seuss Enterprises’s catalog represents and supports all communities and families.

Who knew so many adults were Dr Seuss readers? Course it would help if they would spell his name correctly.

But I noticed you did not reply about selling Adolf Hitlers book. This means your standards are selective to the whims of your politics. I have made my last purchase from Ebay.com. I also abandoned Amazon for this kind of behavior. I started buying here that is now over. You may have your policies but I still have my wallet.

So other books are out of print - or cancelled by their publisher... I don't see them banned. This is an E-BAY decision. Stop deflecting.

Correct. It is the politics of e-bay employees and they are just deflecting.

Im sure Ebay and Amazon will feel the pinch when you leave.

It's all nonsense. who do they think they are doing service to? Children? Get real. They are acting like NAZI's. Thanks for being My mother, eBay.

Funny how those who called everybody Nazis for 4 years, now act exactly like real Nazis did, but if we point it out, we are wrong.
Crazy inmates are running the Asylum now.

So, you don't see any difference between a book that is "out of print - or cancelled by their publisher" and books that have been identified as teaching values that are no longer relevant in modern society?
Listen: here's the bottom line. You want to read any of those six books to your kids or grandkids? Have at it. I'm sure you can find copies somewhere.
You want to sell your copies of those books? Great. You're not prohibited from selling them on whatever platform you choose--except eBay.

And now I can't cancel my own account because it has been marked restricted.

The books were not "banned", the publisher simply chose to stop printing them. It is not illegal to own them, buy them, or sell them.
eBay has chosen to exercise their constitutional right to decide what other people can do on eBay property, just as any one else is free to choose what other people can do on theirs.

As an opponent of all censorship I've been afraid to even bring this up because it may actually trigger eBay banning more stuff so they don't look completely idiotic and ridiculous.
And, no, no one should be complaining to Dr. Seuss Enterprises about eBay banning the sell of copies on their platform. That was eBay's decision, not Dr. Seuss Enterprises.
