I have some Pokemon digital codes and was thinking of putting them on ebay but i would lose money having to ship them out. Is it ok if someone buys a code i just send them a picture of the code and mark it as shipped?

As someone who sells cards for a living and previously worked in a major card store I suggest not selling Pokemon code cards online as singles. Save up a huge number of them and move them in major bulk in the physical mail to someone dumb enough to want to deal with them. They are such a high scam rate as singles and sell for so little that it isn't worth the labor of selling them 1 at a time.

No, you must be an approved seller to send sold goods digitally, plus sending the code without mailing can’t be done safely. You would have no way to prove delivery. But first, there are rules about listing digital items. See link below.

Also, how are you shipping 50 packs of card sleeves or whole decks of cards for less than $3.69ish? Might want to look at your shipping prices before they bite you. Everything I sell under CCGs either costs less than $1 to ship in an envelope or close to $4 as a package with nothing in between that, you have a whole bunch of stuff with in between shipping prices.
