Is anybody else having issues with ebay counting the coupons incorrectly? I am %100 sure that I did not go over the 25 or $100 limit, but my account keeps getting restricted for coupon violations. (I do state the # of coupons in my descriptions)

I feel that it is not correct. Went to list coupons for Sept. and said I couldn't do it, to read the policy.

When you say "coupon violations", what exactly do you mean?
What is the exact message that eBay gives you when they restrict your account?
Without better information, all we can do is guess.

I only listed 1 coupon in Sept.
This is what I get:
It looks like there's a problem with this listing.
It appears that you are attempting to list a coupon on eBay. Please be aware that we have modified our Manufacturers coupon policy as follows:
- It is prohibited to sell coupons for free products.
- You can only sell up to $100 value in coupons or 25 valid, unexpired, original coupons per month. The 25 allowed coupons include multi-quantity listings.
Please carefully review the new Manufacturers coupon policy before listing coupons on eBay.
Thank you for your cooperation.
