'Campaign' is typically either Promotions Standard or Promotions Advanced.
Are you in any of those?
Do previous listings have a Promotion rate that you assigned?
by the way; get rid of all those * (asterisks) that you are using... keywords only.

Promoted listings standard. Any promotional is a 'campaign'.

The term "campaign" is most often used in conjunction with one of eBay's Promoted Listings features: Promoted Listings overview | eBay
If you click the links on that page the "campaign" is used to further explain the Promotion offer.
It represents the length of time, Ad rate(s) to be used and items from your Active list you put on the Campaign in hopes of selling them.
