Sellers hate the new selling page & ebay says too bad we dont care!

Now tell me why I am wrong that ebay hates us? We tell them we dont like something & get told too bad! Even though the page is horrible. The Classic page has all the info we need on 1 page. Now we need a degree in trigonometry to figure this new page out. Then we get told the new page is better! UM WE SAID IT AINT! What WE said is what counts for us! Do NOT ever speak for us & tell us what we like better!

I feel lucky that mine hasn't changed yet, but I use the Seller Hub... so it's a non-issue for me. Sorry you're having troubles.

Yep had a board meeting with reps and not one person likes the new sellers page, all they could say is so sorry.

I switched to the Seller Hub when it come out and I didn't even know the other page still existed until all these complaints started.

and just think i bet they  are thinking of more creative ways to make a sellers job more enjoyable in the future. isnt that wonderful. lol.

I have been selling on eBay since December 1996 (Before eBay's Stock went Public) I agree, "BRING BACK THE CLASSIC VIEW".  Whomever designed this new Seller Hub View should be fired from eBay. It is horrible to navigate around the entire eBay site to get everything accomplished. It is a nightmare. KEEP THINGS SIMPLE. If something works leave it alone. My God eBay listen to us SELLERS.

Yeah, I've been selling here for almost 20 years and this is BY FAR the worst change. I've gone along with everything else, never said a word, just adapted and trudged on like a good soldier. But this is beyond the pale. I don't even like looking at my new landing page (or any page for that matter) and there is no way to configure it that's any good.

When you compare the Seller Hub with Classic View, it is objectively bad.

I dread all the work I have to do now just to complete simple tasks that used to be easy on Classic View. There is no way to customize the new system to make it efficient.

I can't get over how bad it is. I can't believe they paid a lot of supposedly smart people to come up with this garbage. They've had 5+ years to tinker with it and improve it and this is what they've come up with? Wow.

Do not mean to take issue but I seriously doubt that you speak for every seller it is a no issue with me in fact I like the seller Hub page.

Wow....1996. You must be one of very few from 1996. My Wife has an account from 1999 and I thought that was early.

Back then ebay was pretty simple to understand.

Now ebay thinks we sellers are impressed by all these new fancy charts and research reports. Yes, it's their site, but average people use it...people who, like me, often have trouble understanding changes.

Will ebay ever have respect for sellers?...doesn't appear this will ever happen in my lifetime...

Maybe true, but how do you know ebay employees are overpaid?

Perhaps ebay employees are underpaid, and therefore they don't feel like putting too much effort into doing things right....

We are not talking about the sellers HUB

We are talking about the sellers PAGE

They are two completely different things.

Nobody here cares about the sellers HUB...they can keep the hub just the way it is.

We just want a clear & concise sellers PAGE.
