100% never doing an auction again, just wanted my plush gone didn't care if I lost money, sold 2 huge lots to one person for lowest price .99 cents each! even offered to combine shipping and refund difference and still 4 days later no payment and no contact whatsoever, I go to cancel and it's showing it like they just bought it and I don't have the option of "buyer hasn't paid" like I usually see there. So how long do I have to wait to cancel with "buyer hasn't paid" instead of "buyer asked to cancel". I want my plush gone can't stand to see then in my inventory I'm just going to list them for .01 buy it now and get them gone once I can cancel these auctions not paid for.

Your buyer has 4 days to pay. On the fifth day, you can cancel, citing "buyer did not pay". Your FVF will be refunded, buyer gets a "strike" and you will be free to list again.
Or you can set your listings to do this for you automatically.
PS: Do you suppose your buyer leaped enthusiastically at the price without checking the shipping cost?
Each of those lots would cost over $40 to ship to me in NE Ohio.

If you have your unpaid item cancellation option set to have eBay cancel it automatically, it will be cancelled after 96 hours.
If you have it set to be cancelled manually (by you), the option will appear after four calendar days. The option will appear only after the appropriate length of time has passed.
You can't use "buyer asked to cancel" as the reason for cancellation, because the buyer didn't ask to cancel.
Here's eBay's help page regarding the process to cancel for nonpayment for you to read and bookmark:
