Please do not sell any items to this address ********
United States, they will claim package never received and that it was shipped to a P.O. Box, which is their way of showing they never received. My package was insured but insurance will not pay due to being shipped by a third party. After googling this address apparently this is a shipping company that send products overseas, and there are several over sellers scammed by same address which leads me to believe these are seasoned scammers with multiple profiles. I feel these addresses should be flagged as scammers, so new profiles cannot be made.

@soh.maryl wrote:The address you've posted here, I believe, is that of a freight forwarder. International buyers often use freight forwarders in the US. A seller does not actually sell to this address. He sells to a buyer who uses this freight forwarder. There are many of these located in Oregon as well as Delaware because those states don't have a state sales tax.
It is-- I've shipped to it multiple times with no issues whatsoever.

Did you use signature delivery since it was over $750?
if you did you should win this case.
as a new seller, please don’t sell expensive items until you get more experience. Scammers love new sellers.

I suppose that you can put in your listings that you won’t sell to any buyer using that address, then cancel for problem with buyer’s address if someone does sneak through.
I was being sarcastic. 😉

Then I guess I won't be buying from you. Do you tell your buyers that their package delivery will require their signature, so they should be sure they're home, no matter when it arrives?
And "signature required" would have been of no value in this case, because an employee of the freight forwarder would have been the one whose signature you would have obtained.
Besides, as many of us have tried to point out, the seller is only required to have tracking proving delivery to the address of the freight forwarder and we assume he has that.

The problem is not only are they reshippees but they get customers who commit fraud so you are out of money. A customer through their address purchased from my sons business and now it has come back as a charge back due to fraud and now his company has to pay for it. So they are not just harmless reshippers. Stay away from customers at that address.

That address is that of a freight forwarder.
Once the package is tracked as having been delivered to the FF, the seller is off the hook for any claims of non-receipt.
You will see that there are a lot of freight forwarders in Delaware and Oregon because those states do not have a state sales tax.
Not sure exactly what transpired in your situation, but sorry your son has lost money here.
As mentioned earlier, once there is tracking showing delivery to the address shown when the buyer paid, which would have been that of the FF, the seller is off the hook for any claims of non-receipt.

I actually just had a message involving an item shipped to that exact address, yet it was clearly USPS error as the shipping did not show delivery had even been attempted and the last movement on the item was August 16. Sometimes it's just that, an actual problem with the shipment, and nothing to do with the address it's being shipped to.
