Can’t sell certain Dr. Seuss books on Ebay because the books hurt feelings but You sure can find on Ebay plenty of listed items/pictures of naked women for sale on Ebay!!! Sure makes sense to me!?!?!!
It does seem odd, but the adult items, and other books that include racist or inappropriate material generally aren't aimed at kids. I suspect if you posted porn in the kids books section, you'd likely be removed fairly quickly.
