You're confusing. Do you mean the BUYER is asking you to send an unwashed bra? Because all BUYERS have good feedback.

You also ask how to respond without telling us what you want to do.

Do you want to make some extra $ but maybe expose your personal information to someone who may or may not be harmless? Or do you want to decline their offer?

How much $ are they willing to pay?
