So I signed up for a basic store today to lower my fees, I paid and got an email stating "your subscription is active today"

Before subscription current fees of a 550$ item was 55$ (10%)

With basic store subscription fees of a 550$ item should be 33.83$ (6.15%)

I'm selling smartphones, I use the fee calculator tool to figure out how much basic store fee price for a 550$ item would be and after inputting all the information it says 33.83$

However After subscribing when I sell the phone it says my fees are still 55$ (10%).

The lower fees will not apply to any listing created before you opened the store - only listings created or relisted after the date the store subscription took effect.

The Store rate appies to listings that begin after you signed up for the Store. Older listings will still have the 10% fee.

If any of your present listings were posted before the store was opened, you will be better off to end the listings and then relist. It will save you on FVF's.
