I noticed that eBay has the incorrect figures on my seller limits. For example, I can sell up to 4000 items a month. I have about 560 up now. It says I have over 200,000. Wrong! And the listed value I have is about $21,000. It says I have over 2 million! I wish!😊 I’ve emailed and not heard anything yet. I thought maybe since it’s the end of the month, maybe it will straighten itself out on the first! I just wanted to know it anyone else is experiencing this problem?
thanks,
Carol

I have the same problem as you. I have 265 active listings (my allowance is 1000 which I never reached) and Ebay says I have 2900 active listings so I can't list anymore.
I contacted by chat yesterday and they passed my user to IT and said the following:
'Thank you for highlighting this issue to us. We have already received several such cases, which are highlighted to our relevant team. They are working to fix this with top priority.'
Hope they sort it soon

I keep about 1100 active listings with a 40,000 limit on items. Same thing happened to me, it says I've sold 111,000 items. Now I'm down to 358 active listings because some ended and can't be relisted. I chatted with them too... "we're working to fix this. It won't cause you to lose sales". What????

I am experiencing the same exact problem and I have reached out to Ebay for Business on Facebook since I cannot reach anyone at Ebay. See my new post...maybe if every seller that is experiencing this, reaches out to Ebay, we can get this glitch fixed. It is a nightmare, indeed.
