Does a Basic Store Subscription include 1000 free listings on both Ebay.ca +Ebay.com?

I have a Premium Store and want to downgrade to Basic. Not selling enough to justify Premium Store. I get free Listings on both Ebay.ca and Ebay.com. Is it the same deal with a Basic Store. Free Listings on both Sites?
