A buyer that pays me gets a feedback every time.

Some buyers leave feedback, some don't. It's not required by either the buyer or the seller. It's totally voluntary. Perhaps you could contact your seller and ask them nicely if they could leave you some feedback, however it looks like you have plenty that's all good. Just a suggestion.
Happy Holidays!

As a buyer, if I don't leave feedback for a seller, ebay sends me messages that I need to leave feedback. Does ebay remind sellers to leave feedback for buyers? I purchased an item on Oct 2 and left positive feedback to the seller. As of yet and after several (nice) requests I have not received any feedback. The seller keeps saying that ebay will not let him leave feddback.

In my own experience, 1 out of every 3 sellers has left me feedback. My feedback tally should be much higher. I don't lose sleep over it. If I get my item, I consider that a form of feedback in and of itself
As others will correctly tell you, buyer feedback can only be positive. On top of that, after a handful, they really don't help or hinder you as a buyer.
Of course, some people need constant validation. I personally don't look for mine in eBay feedback.

Since 2008 when ebay made changes and eliminated the ability for sellers to neg (problem) buyers, many sellers have decided that feedback for buyers is useless since buyers can only get positive feedback.
Other sellers don't leave feedback until the buyer leaves it for them, thereby indicating satisfaction with the transaction. For many sellers, they don't know that a buyer is happy until they receive positive feedback.

As a seller I wait until buyer leaves genuine positive feedback, then I always leave feedback. I do this because about 90% of buyers never leave feedback. Feedback is as feedback does.

Does ebay remind sellers to leave feedback for buyers?
I believe so.
I leave feedback on shipment, including the date of shipment. One of the few uses of FB was seeing when a purchase was made, but eBay has dropped that.
Occasionally I forget when I have a lot of transactions to pack and ship, and the reminder turns up.
BTW- a Seller should never never never ask a customer for feedback. The buyer might say exactly what they thought.
