Seller attitude

Can we make complaint of a seller that does not put in description of size of item and you ask for size and he tells you to contact the manufacturer  of the item? He said if I cannot contact manufacturer to not buy from him! He's the seller, he should know size! It's only a dog sling backpack, he has in kg and I was asking the dimensions to see if it would fit my dog!

You don't  know how to convert kg to lbs?

My guess is that he is drop shipping the item (doesn't have it available to check, but is selling it from amazon warehouse)

The seller most likely doesn't have the item to measure.  I would not purchase from them and find someone who has the item in hand to answer your questions.  Look for a US seller, someone who takes their own photos of the item rather than using stock photos and drop ships from China or a warehouse in the US by a Chinese seller.

I agree, I sell and buy here for years and always try to provide size if not dimensions so that the buyer can make sure it fits. I was trying to see if we can submit a example of this to ebay so they know what he is saying in the messages to me.

No I do not, and if you cannot provide that as not all countries use kgs instead if pds then you shouldn't be selling!  My question to him was the dimensions of the bag not how many pds it could hold. As nit all dogs are same size!

The seller is telling you that they do not wish to do business with you, & don't want you to buy their item.

Simply move on, & buy the item elsewhere. No need  for you to make a complaint.

I looked at your items and you have no dimensions listed on some except to say it should fit a phone

shoud fit...that sounds like you dont know what size you are selling

how come you are selling stuff with no size listed.............what gives?

You can complain, but no one will care and there will be no consequences and it will accomplish anything. eBay does not punish sellers just because open buyer does not like a listing or a response. 

The seller actually gave you excellent advice; i.e. either contact the manufacturer or buy the item elsewhere.

What are you talking about?  I'm not selling anything that fits a phone.  And in case your wondering not everything needs a dimension. Thank you for the non help bye.

Just FYI, you may wish to revisit some of your listings. The very first one I looked at is titled:
"led zepperlin whole lotta love"

The name of the band is actually Led Zeppelin, and the album name is "Led Zeppelin 2".

It could be factory folded up in a closed bag, box etc. Opening would make it now NOT brand new?

But, you can easily go to the factory website, find that KG pack, and it should give you dimensions.

No, there is nothing to report. It is like a store or a restaurant, if you do not like the service you leave. In this case you hit the back button. Typically, people like that eventually end up out of business on their own.
