What did the message from eBay say? They usually aren't vague and will spell out the issue.

Cancelled? Suspended?
can you elaborate more?

And . . .?

You have bad feedback.
Did you refund all the unhappy buyers?
Do you owe money to EBay?

but negative feedback states: 0 0 0
even though I can see it in left negatives it is not counting against the score
Yes Negatives against the score were removed but negatives were not removes from history

Probably for the best. You should probably focus on Yard Sales and Flea Markets.

Using Amazon to drop ship is against policy.

Drop shipping is rampant here.

Okay, all of that feedback, including all the Negs, are from over a year ago (possibly more), so those no longer apply even though they're visible in the account history. There are two feedback revisions as well.
@fradmast1366 : Do you have a checking account set up for selling using Managed Payments now? You can't use PayPal for accepting buyer payments any more. What exactly have you been told by eBay?

Dropshipping is fine with eBay, they even have a webinar about how to do it properly.
As usual eBay is wrong, but they allow it.
What eBay does NOT allow is 'retail arbitrage' where the seller lists something they do not have, and when they get a sale, buy it on another site (without the knowledge of the other site) and have it shipped to the customer.
This is bad for the buyer, who could have bought at a better price, and for eBay, since many buyers do not realize that eBay is "just a venue" for millions of sellers.
