Seller Initiated Offers - Not Working?

I just noticed that my "(Send Offers - Eligible)" are not showing today in my active listings. I clearly have numerous NEW watchers.  Anyone else experiencing this?

No, mine is working fine.   EBAY decides which items you can send offers to (not everyone on your watch list will get offers).   Also, some buyers do not want offer and "opted out".

Interesting. I usually have about a dozen or so by 9:00 am. Got zero so far and it's almost 10:00am.
