Recently, I become aware of some odd issues on my Seller Hub Overview page.
On my awaiting shipment count, I have a phantom order, so that my count only goes down to 1, even though I have marked everything as shipped. This phantom item also appears an overdue for shipment, but when I click it, that page says I have 0 overdue for shipping. When I do have items awaiting shipment, that page shows an accurate order count, but the dollar amount is inflated by something over $50.
And I don't know if this is related or not, but in the past few weeks, I've had 2 different buyers ask if I had received payment on auction items they won several weeks ago. Both of these individuals are reliable, repeat customers.
They believe they have paid, and at least one of them says they no longer have a link to pay for the item. But I have checked, and these items are still in my Awaiting Payment page. (And they are low priced items, so they can't account for the >$50 error on my Awaiting Shipment page.)
Just curious if anyone has had similar issues? I may have to call eBay, but the idea of sitting on hold then trying to explain this to a first-line customer service rep doesn't have much appeal at the moment.

Last year I had a similar experience.
In my case this is what happened...
Buyer purchased a sticker.
Buyer cancelled order.
I relisted sticker.
Apparently buyer repurchased the sticker but I didn't receive the order in my Seller Hub.
I could never see the new order in my Seller Hub.
Buyer contacted me saying he had not received order.
What order?
I contacted ebay.
Ebay could see the new order and gave me the order number.
When I entered the new order number into the search field on my Seller Hub Orders page the order showed up.
But that's the only way I could see it.
Ebay ended up refunding the buyer because I didn't have an option to refund that order. It was almost as if the new order was attached to the previously cancelled order. But I couldn't say for sure.
It was very strange.

Hmm, just saw this. I guess I don't get notifications of replies any longer. (I haven't frequented the boards in years.)
Thanks for the info! I did call eBay today, since I was concerned that I had an order out there somewhere that I know nothing about. They couldn't find anything, but did tell me that this is a known issue.
The CS person also let me know it might not be fixed soon. (I've been on eBay for over 25 years, I have picked up on that.)
