I know others have posted about this but the best answer chosen had to do with searching eBay listings in general and I'm trying to find out what's wrong with the search when we're in our personal Seller Hub trying to locate one of our listings to make changes to it. I have two items with the word "quail" in the listing and neither of them shows up when I search for that specific word. If I search for the word "paperweight" they don't show up. However, if I search the term "solid brass" they will finally show up. This is ridiculous and this isn't the only item I've had trouble finding when in Seller Hub searching my listings. This is not okay and they need to fix this. Sometimes you can only think of one or two words in an item name and when the search results don't find those words you're left to scour all your listings to find what you're looking for. Sometimes I get results for a word that isn't even in any of the search results titles. Again, I'm not searching my eBay listings from my store or the regular eBay search, this is happening inside my Seller Hub. I'm paying for a store and the features we're supposed to have access to are not working. So, eBay, what are you doing about this?

I haven't had a problem in sellers hub but my account is based on .ca. Your problem isn't just in sellers hub though. When I clicked on your view listings and used those same search terms, I got the same results that you did in your sellers hub. I also saw the same results in your store.

your store search is also broken and "see other listings" shows the same thing
I am having the same exact problem as you. there are three search bars that are just not working for me unless you put the item in quotes.
I woud get hold of customer service and ask them to write up an individual ticket for this problem
the sitewide ticket for this problem has been closed. perhaps ebay thinks it has been cleared up but it has not been
good luck

I contacted eBay yesterday and spent about 30 minutes explaining the issue. The rep was nice but it's not up to her to fix this and they've had to know this is an issue for at least 2 months now. I noticed a problem a couple of months ago but figured they would get it fixed. Boy, was I wrong!

@pjcdn2005thank you for checking and letting me know. I never know when searching my own listings if that's what happens when others are looking. I guess I should have my friends spot check my listings now and then to see if eBay is actually working. This is infuriating and why am I paying for a store if people won't find things because the search doesn't work?

Okay, it seemed the search issue was corrected but I just searched for another item I KNOW is in my store and even trying different words in that item's title returned ZERO results. Why am I paying store fees every month when things aren't working correctly and it's clearly eBay's fault? I cannot be the only person this is happening to. Does eBay want us all to jump ship and take our sales elsewhere? I know they have the largest platform but it won't be for long if all these issues continue.
