My seller fees are higher than ever since the recent policy changes. They're about 40 percent higher. Does anyone know how much I can save on seller fees by offering 30 or 60 day returns?
It doesn't take that long to figure out you don't like your purchase. When you go to the antique or thrift store, you can't get refunds. Hmmm. Maybe most returns occur within the first few days anyway.
I can't list everything at .99 cents and offer free shipping.

Could you be below standard? Ebay recently added a 4% surcharge

Seller fees have not increased recently. If you do not have a store it's 10% of your total from eBay and 2.9% from paypal (plus .35 I believe). So essentially with both companies combined you are paying around 13% on fees.
Unfortunately, there is no way around that unless you have a store, in which case your fees will very slightly less.

What specific changes are you talking about? They cut the TRS credit by 10%, but that's not 40%, you aren't an underperforming seller......so that fvf doesn't apply to you.
