I'm just wondering if my Diversity Profile (or lack of) does not meet eBays expectatons thus making all of my sales disappear
Allow me to quote eBay ....By measuring the diversity of our seller community and your inventory, we can better meet the diversity of our buyer needs.
Anyone anyone

In this day an age your information is for sale without you acknowledging its divulgment.

...which of course is discriminatory on it's face in a heretofore faceless venue called ebay.
Does having slow sales make me a minority even though I don't have a "defined" label?
If we of German/French descent comprise <10% of sellers, do we qualify?
Should I demand a full accounting of all seller nationalities to see if I do?
hmmm,
I'm a woman (+1 for being a "minority")
I'm part Creek Indian (+1 for being a "minority")
I'm part Asian (Filipino) (+1 for being a "minority")
I'm part Hispanic (Spanish) (+1 for being a "minority")
I'm part "white" (Irish) (-1 for being in the "majority")
I'm straight (-1 for being in the "majority")
I'm not disabled, although I am legally blind w/o my glasses and I'm losing my hearing in one ear (-1 for being in the "majority")
I'm not a veteran, but I am the mother of two veterans (-1 for being in the "majority")
I'm over 50...I forget, does that make me a plus or a minus?
I'm olive skinned, is that a plus or a minus? I'm blonde, is that a plus or a minus? I have grey eyes, is that a plus or a minus? I'm ambidextrous, so that should be like a neutral, right? Because left is "minority" and right is "majority" so I should cancel myself out??
I'm so confused

No one made anyone fill that form out. Nascar, has the same problem. They also have an outreach program to get a larger demographic. Most large companies have a diversity outreach programs.
They are trying to drive a drive a larger demographic to the site. This is just one way.
Your problem has NOTHING to do with diversity.
My last B&M job had a buyer base that was mostly older white people. Unsurprisingly, sales were largely stagnant. My current job, however, sells things that appeal to all age groups and a much wider demographic in general. OUR sales are consistently going up.

When "sold" is selected, not every item that a seller sells is displayed. Variation and multiple quantity listings do not show every sale, and if an account is set up with the "out of stock" option, then few sold listings will be shown.

I'm not confused - most of the questions om ebay's diversity survey are none of ebay's business. I admitted to being female and part of the "mature" generation, but my race, sexual orientation, income, miliary service, and disabilities are none of ebay's business, and I have absolutely no interest in being in any diversity program they could devise.
Has that affected my sales? I seriously doubt it. Sales are about what is being sold, in what condition, at what price, and how many like items are listed.

7 sales, nothing in completeds. I doubt all would have been variation and multiple quantity, especially with very expensive sneakers.
