Seller Dashboard "Tracking uploaded on time and validated" issue I'm having

So i sell a bunch of things using stamps without tracking to keep the postage costs small so i can actually sell items for less than $3.00, becuase of this my "Tracking uploaded on time and validated" part of the seller level is as bad as it gets.

What do i choose my shipping service to be when using USPS Forever Stamps?

I would like to get back to being a top rated seller but this is the only thing holding me back and will do so for the next 12 months because of me not noticing this.

Without the tracking, you can't get the status back.

Some people have 2 accounts, one for "white letters", meaning no tracking and the other for tracked items.  They only worry about the 2nd keeping the TRS status.
