Why not try selling something that you can't pick up in any store.
If I want cinnamon pieces, I'm sure not going to wait 2 months to get it.

Anything agricultural has customs related issues attached to it. If you are talking about raw spice, certain documents must accompany an international sale when exporting it. You will have to research it yourself. As for eBay, see the policy on foodstuffs below. Good luck.

Choosing what to sell is not always easy.
If you want to sell to the USA, then you need to do your homework. A lot of it. Have you researched whether or not the US consumer wants to buy cinnamon pieces? Your item must be in demand enough (and special enough) to offset the long shipping times if you are exporting from Sri Lanka.
Take into consideration also that there can be language barriers, and cultural differences, when selling internationally.
Fyi—Drop shipping can be also problematic. So choose your item(s) very carefully.

You probably "can" sell them, but why would you? Every Dollar Store (now the $1.25 store) has them, ready on the shelf.
Maybe select different items indigenous to your region?

Are they really big pieces or tiny pieces? Sometimes size can make a difference.

You need to do YOUR OWN research. We can help a little, but cannot build your business for you.
I can get big bags of cinnamon sticks from Amazon, that arrive tomorrow. You cannot compete with that.
What comes from Sri Lanka, that I can only get from you? AND, I’m willing to wait a long time for it to get it here?
Collectible coins?
Sari fabric?
Art?
Hand made items?
Items that are woven? Carved?
Musical instruments?
That’s what you need to research and think about.

Most cheap cinnamon sold in the USA is not cinnamon at all.
"Cinnamon is the name for several species of trees and the commercial spice products that some of them produce. All are members of the genus Cinnamomum in the family Lauraceae. Only a few Cinnamomum species are grown commercially for spice. Cinnamomum verum is sometimes considered to be "true cinnamon", but most cinnamon in international commerce is derived from the related species Cinnamomum cassia, also referred to as "cassia".[1][2] In 2018, Indonesia and China produced 70% of the world's supply of cinnamon, Indonesia producing nearly 40% and China 30%.[3]" Wikipedia.
So if you want to sell cinnamon make sure you describe it at Cinnamomum verum (if it is) and state that is was grown in Sri Lanka (if it was).
If both of those can honestly be said, you have a premium product and can charge a premium price.
If you are selling other Sri Lankan spices and spice blends, all the better.
https://www.srilankabusiness.com/spices/sri-lankan-spices-and-allied-products.html
But if you are drop shipping from China, both you and your customer are being cheated.
Also-- do you have a Sri Lankan business license and a Payoneer account which we understand are necessary for you to get paid?
Best wishes with your new enterprise.

Why would I inject, eat or drink anything if I doubt or question how sanitary, fresh, clean, pure, organic, nonpoisonous, free of fentanyl or other drugs it may be when I can go outside and there are countless brilliant shops, boutiques & stores where I can buy anything in the universe I want? (At very low prices too!)
