Is it allowed to install a non-original strap on an original Rolex watch and sell it on eBay

It's allowed but you should be sure to state that IN THE TITLE and NOT just in the DESCRIPTION (which you also need to state). This should help you not get a forced return and therefore forced refund if the buyer knows what they are getting.

As a relatively new seller you should probably not be selling a Rolex, with or without original band, or some of the other expensive items you have listed.  You are ripe for being scammed.

I have unsolicited advice. 

Since Rolex watches are so highly faked, I'd strongly recommend a professional authentication BEFORE listing it. Even if it goes through ebay's authentication process, you need to know it's genuine or your account will be dinged if their authenticators deem it as such.

Personally, I would NEVER sell a Rolex on ebay!

Probably not; but it IS allowed to be listed. 

I don't know if you HAVE to use the authentication system....
