I have a regular practice of killing my oldest listings and then getting them right back online with Sell Similar. I always change the name of the listing as well as the description and often either take new photos or rearrange the photos. Today, I killed ten listings but when I went to Ended Listings to Sell Similar, all actions except for Relist were greyed out. Anyone else having this issue? Or, is it just me?

I relist with sell similar, but I have not run into that problem. But I don't take them down & then put them right back up, I wait at least a few days.

Yes, I see this issue on my account. Please check out the thread here: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Report-eBay-Technical-Issues/Ended-Unsold-Draft-Scheduled-listings-can...
Please follow the steps outlined in the thread above to report this technical issue to eBay.

Having the same issue on ended inventory only. Called ebay support and they know it's currently a known issue on some accounts. You should call and report it as well.
The auto-relist is working via Flipwise however.

None of the buttons in the unsold listings are working. If you open the listing the sell similar function works from that location.
HOWEVER
The item will then be stuck in unsold with no way to delete it so make sure you note which ones have been done.

OK so you moved this to a location where it is harder for sellers to keep abreast of what is being done to fix the problem. WHEN will this be addressed? Please advise!

In my opinion it is much easier to keep track of tech issue updates on the tech forum @lb23cavaliersmvp because there are far fewer posts here. On the Selling board stuff gets buried in the volume of selling topics.
Regardless, see this post for more info:

Great but when will ebay acknowledge the problem and give us an estimate when it will be fixed?

Great but when will ebay acknowledge the problem and give us an estimate when it will be fixed?
The folks that are actually in a position to answer that question are not reading or responding here.
The problem will likely be fixed long before you see any sort of acknowledgement or a genuine estimate from anyone at eBay.

The problem is already fixed.

A) They should be so a solution can be expedited and 2) it has been resolved.

[Folks from eBay] should be [reading and responding and providing fix estimates] so a solution can be expedited
To be able to provide a valid estimate of when things will be fixed, it is often necessary to fully understand the problem and to know exactly what it takes to solve it. At that point, unless the issue involves needing to wait for a particular time window to implement the fix, it is generally easier to just fix the problem right away than it is to stop working on the problem and spend time responding, explaining and providing estimates.
While it would be nice if there was more communication when problems like this arise, I think most folks would agree that time is better spent actually fixing the issue rather than explaining why the issue is not fixed yet.
