Is there something I don't know or am missing? What is the secret to getting listings come up on Google search?

@bill.purvis2012 I don't know if this will help or not, but if you go here https://www.ebay.com/sh/performance
and choose the option to "download listings quality report", there usually is a worksheet in the resulting excel workbook that shows what is being rejected by google and hopefully why.

Once I updated item specifics I noticed my external page views for my items jumped by more than 200%.
In addition to filling in all of the item specifics make sure you have a white background and no special characters like $#@&?! or icons with your item title.
Ebay had a webinar on about 6 months back on how to get items to show more often on Google shopping searches. All of the above and then some that I have since forgotten was mentioned.

To see the social media icons you need to be using a computer not phone. Looking at the top right corner of any active listing you see Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest small icons under advanced search top right corner. Found them? You have to do this on a PC. Then create free pages Pinterest, Facebook etc. Then when you click those icons sign into those pages and add each listing. You get instant bot views. The bot views are important as these bots are talking to each other with your links

My products are handmade and I don't get that option. It says N/A for all my products. So without that number how can I get google listing them?

Item specifics ? No, No, no ... those are totally useless ... Google does not use item specifics at all because it's just too redundant, complicate and old school.
It's just like using fingers to do counting and want to have more fingers.
Only eBay uses item specifics, no one else, and eBay can not even flat them out itself.
Don't you see the mess created by item specifics ?
Focus on keywords, that helps a lot.

@bill.purvis2012 wrote:Hi Toysaver. trying to catch what you're saying. Why would Vintage, Monet, Gold, Chain not be recognizable words? Aren't they the exact description? Are you talking about the inclusion of ~~ ? Is that a problem?
That is EXACTLY the problem. vintage monet gold chain are all distinct and recognizable words.
"Vintage~~Monet~~Gold" without any space breaks in between forces the computer to read it as all ONE word - which of course it is not. Despite all the advances in AI the human mind still beats it at one very important point. We can "adjust" what we see. Humans can recognize that those are three separate words. The computer only "reads" what it sees and does not simply ignore the ~~ the way the human mind does.
If I slightly mispell a word (as I just did here) the human mind reads what I meant anyways. If you did a word search for misspell (the correct spelling) the computer would ignore mispell.
