I've been selling on eBay for just about a year. No, I didn't read all the rules around selling. I didn't know that cancelling an item due to out of stock was a huge eBay sin (don't jump on me about out of stock - it's a long story and the issue is now resolved). My account is now Below Standard. The first thing won't drop off until August, then by September I should be out of eBay jail. In the meantime, they're dumping my listings. They've ended 200 listings so far. I want to open a 2nd account to list all my clothing and home goods items since they aren't what caused the issue. If I do this, though, will the Below Standard rating follow me there? Thanks for the help.

I agree that sitting back and doing nothing to try to improve is a bad idea. However, eBay won't allow me to list anything, nor will they let me lower prices of existing listings to try to get things sold. They won't let me alter a listing at all. I don't really know how to help myself at this point. Every day they end between 20 and 30 of my listings, and all I can do is watch this happen.
