The new listing sign is a tip off that it hasn't been up long so they have a better chance of striking it rich. What I need is a new listing sign on all my items all the time then I'd sell a lot more.

End your listings. Relist using "Sell Similar". BINGO! You now have "New Listing" sign on all your stuff.  Takes 5 minutes or less.
