I'm exhausted just trying to get a reasonable relevant search result from eBay. How did anyone find anything here? It's amazing we sell anything.
Searching for a 1966 dodge charger fuel door and it does me a promoted radiator!

You have to use the tools Ebay gives you on the left side of the page. Unfortunately for you there are no 1966 Dodge Charger fuel doors available at this time. That is why you are getting random items. Google Mopar as there are a few sites that specialize in parts for the vehicle you are looking for.

@siamjane8 Do either of these listings help? You probably already saw these, but I figured it doesn't hurt to try.

@cstpos @coolections I did find the listings- the point was that ebay makes it so hard to find them when they should just show them! Actually knowing the listing title ahead of time and needing to search it word for word defeats the purpose of a search lol. I appreciate you finding those listings for me though- it takes an army to raise a quality search on ebay lol.

There are quite a few on ebay- that is the point! ebay does not show them to the buyers- you must wade through pages of unrelated PL ads to find them - like a where's waldo book

@siamjane8 I get what you're saying - the owner here was looking for a specific tech part and ended up getting listings for 40DDD bras!
I had a few minutes at work and thought maybe I could help. I often have to rephrase many times and still come up with totally unrelated items. Best of Luck to you!

I am getting so aggravated with search on ebay. If I ask for a plus size 18, quit showing me size 12 in promoted listings! Pay for play has destroyed search.

Yep. Even when you use the drill downs on the left side they STILL show you stuff that's colours or sizes you didn't ask to see.

Most people don't know you now have to put specific key words in quotation marks for ebay's search to bring up accurate results. I spoke with an eBay rep and they were very condescending, telling me they assumed everyone knew "basic HTML". I tried to explain that over 60% of ebay users are 35 and older and if they've never had to do this before, how are they magically supposed to know to do that now? It also makes no sense for eBay to do this. I try searching for a steering wheel air bag and eBay shows me years and models I didn't search for and will show me roof and seat air bags. I have to scroll halfway down the page to find one air bag I was searching for unless I use quotation marks around the year and "wheel" in my search.

Ha. Everyone knew how to use a wildcard in search as well so they took that one away (because they couldn't manipulate that search)
