Help can no longer list I get message "to edit or create a new policy, use a web browser instead"

Hi, 

can anyone shed any light on this as i called ebay support they cant seem to help me so whenever i use the mobile app and i create a listing whenever i go to the post and returns options it states "to edit or create a new policy, use a web browser instead".

I move over to the browser on my PC and i get a blank drop down menu saying create policy, i have never had this before

Did you opt into business policies and not know it or something? Just guessing off the top of my head.

Sometimes when editing policies you need to wait about an hour.

maybe but i have gone into the section of my account and there was 4 business policy's i deleted them all but still have this issue

how do you even opt into business policy's?

eBay opted me into business policy also without my knowledge.

It auto formulated all the different shipping prices & options I had set up, so when I list something, I have to select one of them or make a new one.

For me, it's a real pain in the rear and I don't know why eBay did this as I don't really need it. It definitely isn't user friendly, but what is these days. 

It also effects bulk editing your handling time as this is part of your shipping policy.

There's a place where you can turn off business policy, but I will have to see if I can find it to opt out, just haven't had time.

i think i have sorted this so for anyone who has the same issue where the option is to manage business policy's within my account within that section top right there blue writing saying "Opt Out" i clicked this and it seems to have sorted the issue
