If I type "13 journey Engine Cover" in search, eBay only pulls up some
of the results, but under "condition" on the left, it shows "2,087 new"

We had a buyer leave negative feedback because his delivery was delayed
due to bad weather. We shipped the order the same day he bought it and
tracking shows this. Ebay will still not remove the negative feedback.

We just got a negative feedback on a side mirror because the buyer said
he "typed his model in and ebay said it would fit". There are 6
different mirror options for his vehicle, which he didn't even bother to
check, because "ebay said it would fit" j...
We've had this sort of thing happen numerous times selling high dollar
auto parts on this platform. The only way to get eBay to side in your
favor is by filing a police report and sending it in to eBay.
It's strange though that I've only had this problem the last couple
months. I've been doing this full time for 10 years and never had this
problem before.
