High ticket item. I don't accept returns. He already paid and wants to cancel

sold a book for a good amount of money. I net about 70 bucks. The person bought it and paid and now they want to cancel. We Don't accept returns Am I on the hook to still cancel this? Do I risk a negative feedback now if I don't cancel?

COUPON DISAPPEARS??

I run coupons on many of my listings. When you open the listing, the coupon is visible and shows the reduced price with coupon. But if I refresh the page, or back-out, then open again, the coupon is gone! Makes no sense. I first noticed this on 1/22/...
