Hi. I thought this sculpture might be worth listing, but I'm not sure if it is and, if so, what it's worth. Thank you!V Salmones (?)

I found this piece online once quite a while back. Now I don't see it again. It's hard to find.

It is hard to find. I guess I will need to find a local appraiser. Thank you for your help.

I think you are way overthinking it. Most of his sold pieces are far larger and more impressive than this.
I see two ways to price it, one of his x of 10s has had a $900 sale in recent years however it is much larger than your piece. Nothing has sold on ebay in the last 3 years of his at a higher price than that.
Terapeak only shows a single example of one of his smaller pieces selling for more than $55, and that is the mermaid that recently sold for $460.
I would price somewhat cheaper than the current cheapest item of his on the website, if you price it up then it will end up being a trinket at your estate sale one day.

It is a grotesque piece by an artist whose work is mostly whimsical. A combination of religious art and immigrant art. Instead of a plaited crown you have a foot snared. Was it inspired by the late Pope Francis, who washed the feet of immigrants maybe?
Not one for the mantle place. More for the lobby of the Immigrant Aid Society.
Good luck, and to use a big word I learned on eBay: provenance.
PS maybe @Pope_Leo_IVX would like it:)
Addendum: the artist died in 1990 so never mind about Francis.
