Been sellling on ebay for awhile. Sold an item that was listed as :For parts, not working" under condition and also in the description noting that the item was damaged and would neeed to be repaired prior to use. Buyer then requests a return stating that the item is damaged. My return policy says buyer pays return shipping but ebay is making me pay the retun shipping. I called ebay and they said they understand the the buyers request is contradictory but I have to accept the return and pay the shipping. Can't charge a restocking fee anymore so once again, the seller gets screwed.

Happens to all of us. No point in stewing over it.

google will help you out. You've been selling for a year and a half and are frustrated with so few items listed and a great sell thru rate - you'll be lucky to even be seen on other sites.
