Just yesterday something new started happening when I go to list a new item. We all know return options are now to be turned on with seller responsible. However, now when I go into the return options I select the return slide switch and cannot get any further with the Ok button or even closing the box. Ive tried it on two different types of browser and dumping cache on both. Anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

I just took a quick look, but it seems you are listing "new" items in the automotive "parts and accessories" section. These can only have ONE return policy now: Free returns for 30 days (i.e returns for any reason, seller pays for return). They won't let you change it to anything else.
If that is not the problem, please come back for additional advice.

Thanks for the reply! Yes thats the policy ive been using. Usually I slide the "swich" to turn on "Domestic Returns" and the option would then pop up for me to select "seller pays". However, now when I slide the "Domenstic Return" switch, nothing pops up and I cannot exit the box for a few mintues. The box is locked up and no matter if I chose OK or X, it wont close. Ive tried it on Edge and FF.. Does the same thing on both browsers.
