I just got scammed and I've called ebay non stop, several agents have told me they will help and several team leaders said the same thing. I'm feeling very frustrated at this situation and I don't know what to do, I've lost over 4,000 to a scammer on two accounts and I just can't catch a break. How do I go on about this situation, ebay is just telling me that I got scammed and they can't do anything about it.

Sounds like they filed a chareback with the card issuer if they are disputing an unrecognized transaction. Scammer might have stolen another person cc info, or friendly fraud from the fraudster themselves where they use their own credit card to steal merch. If the transaction has gone to the CC company in a chargeback Ebay must submit a rebuttal to the chargeback with all your delivery info, signature tracking etc. CC company them looks at the rebuttal and makes a decision sometimes taking 3 months. Gotta love those CC companies.

Problem is Ebay cannot help entirely when a scammer does a chargeback. The CC issuer has to get a good rebuttal submitted from Ebay though, so work your butt off getting them to submit what is needed to fight the chargeback.
