Scammed

I just got scammed and I've called ebay non stop, several agents have told me they will help and several team leaders said the same thing. I'm feeling very frustrated at this situation and I don't know what to do, I've lost over 4,000 to a scammer on two accounts and I just can't catch a break. How do I go on about this situation, ebay is just telling me that I got scammed and they can't do anything about it.

This is happening more and more lately...this is why many vendors stopped selling "high value" items.   EBAY will NOT help you if you get scammed.

I feel your pain...EBAY is becoming more like "the wild west".

Looks like you sold an XBOX for $675 and a MSI GeForce for $1800.  Are these the 2 transactions you need assistance with?

Alright so on july 24, I sold a graphics card. I take proof of the shipping label bought from ebay and video record me dropping it off and everything, I go home 2 hours later I get an email saying buyer cancelled so I call ebay and they tell me to get the package. Thankfully I go get the package and they told me ebay was going to handle the payments. The next day someone buys my listing again so I do the same with proof and everything and drop it off. Now throughout the week i see 1775 is being held up im thinking okay its the first, keep in mind i do this on mobile i dont see any disputes then now boom i got 2 disputes one is closing cause i didnt respond which im thinking its the package i picked up but now both orders same graphics card i sold they have the same address, so now i lost a case ebay told me that they were going to try and open it up so i can submit info and i have to close the other one cause i have to pay him back for the item i took back that he cancelled. Now they're saying i cant do anything when i took the time to record all this.

they legit have the same address just different names and I dont know what to do, I want to reopen the case i cant afford to lose 4k right now during these times. ebay agents literally have been lying to my face and not calling back or helping

What is the status of the claim that you did not respond to?  Has email allowed you to appeal that?

Have you reached out to e-bay at all to discuss your situation live?  Perhaps as it is convoluted - message them on Facebook or Twitter?

Were you paid for the second sale? 

Is there already a case on sale #2?

I got 2 cases, both of them 2 different accounts but same address, I called ebay they told me they were trying to open the case for the first but I have to pay the other one back, I know I have to pay one back but the other dispute closed and i didnt get to submit info, but i told them i have proof and so now i got both cases closed I paid 1775 back, and now the guy gets 1775 and my item + i paid for that item so im down horrendously

I have called a lot and they keep telling me to gather all the proof and just now they're telling me from another team leader i did that for no reason and ebay cant do anything.. like i feel so lost right now that ebay just wont help.

Is it delivered?

It only shipped on the 15th or 16th right?

Check the tracking and if it hasn't delivered use the link I gave above.

It costs to get it intercepted but you can get the package back.

DON'T DELAY- hurry..
