I've been scammed by a buyer.
He bought an Apple smartwatch, which was brand new sealed, he received the watch, said it was used and wanted to return.
He opened a return request and provided a tracking number GD209121628IT, trackable only on a fake website http://guepard-delivery.ru/track.php
this is a fake website, with no SSL certificate,
registered in Russia in December 2018, see www.whois.net
you can not track the shipping on any international tracking system, only on this fake website.
Of course I have not received the item; I reported the buyer since the day he provided the fake tracking number and fake website, I called eBay USA and Italy 3 times to report the buyer and to advise them to verify the shipping company.
The shipping company is non-exsisting and you cannot find any relevant information on google.
Despite all of that, ebay closed the case in the buyer's favour saying that website shows item delivered.
I called ebay USA 3 times, but there was no way to get a positive answer.
I am disgusted!
