My seller dashboard says, "Your package was delivered! The next step is to give the buyer time to report any issues. We’ll release your funds on Dec 24." A full 10 days after the product was delivered to the buyer's address (the buyer has not left feedback, of course and not indicated there is any problem with the product). Nonetheless here we are, Dec 24, and eBay is still holding the funds from my transaction.
I called customer service. The customer service agent was not helpful, she only quoted the policy to me that holds are to protect buyers and would not confirm when I'm going to receive my money and would not release the hold herself.
When I sold on this website, I didn't expect that I would be donating the product. I basically gave away a $200 item because eBay refuses to pay me.

I will definitely not be selling here ever again. People like me cannot afford to give eBay an interest free loan for an indefinite time period. I think that eBay wants to weed out people like me who only sell occasionally to either clear space or make a few extra dollars. They don't make enough money off people like me. They want high volume sellers that are actual businesses.

It's still Dec. 24 so the funds still have several hours to show up.

It'll be the 24th until midnight tonight.

You are a relatively new seller selling relatively high priced items. I am surprised that they are not holding your funds for 30 days. Be prepared to have your patience tested further. It is just the way the platform works. If it does not work for you then perhaps sell elsewhere.

No, you have not given away anything. eBay simply has not paid you YET. Nor has eBay scammed you.
Please try to be more patient. After you have sold enough to pass what is essentially a probation period for new eBay sellers, you will receive your payouts more promptly.
On my selling ID, one of my BIN listings sold Tuesday night, 12-21. I bought postage and dropped the item at the post office on Wednesday morning, 12-22. My funds were sent to my bank on Thursday, 12-23.

And eBay uses Pacific Time.

Typical responses when an op is disagreed with..the name calling and insults begin. And Ebay doesnt have your money for 'an interest free loan', Adyen does.

With the feedback you leave your sellers, I wouldnt be buying and selling on the same id..one of your sellers may want revenge.

Won't help. It's being adopted by nearly all selling sites. Nice of you to try, though.

Typical! OP selected their own response as the solution.

Just to add insult to injury to the OP >
"We’ll release your funds on Dec 24." Does not mean ''You will receive your funds on Dec 24.''
1. I beleive 12/24 is a bank holiday there in lieu of Xmas Day
2. I assume 12/27 will be a bank holiday in lieu of Boxing Day
Funds may get to you by 28th......
