I just sold an item and I searched up the address and I’ve been seeing that other people have been having problems with that address and that is a scam what do I do?

Cancel the sale using the reason "Problem with Buyers Address". Then add the buyer to your blocked bidders list. 

Explanation: This is a freight forwarder and not all freight forwarders are bad however, you have low feedback and are a target for scammers plus this particular address is used by scammers a LOT.
