Scam on Another Level

Dear Friends, 

I have been selling on eBay for more than 6 or 7 Years! Ever since the Covid Pandemic the Customer service has been shifted to Call Centers in India, every fre*aking reply i get there is an Indian name underneath the text, It's Roshni, Surya, Sruthi etc etc. For the Love of God I've never been so dehumanized before, But these People lack the Sh*ame, Sympathy and UNDERSTANDING. ZERO. 

First of all, they suspend me for 60 days says nothing else, they calculate various timelines in the past, they pull out more than a year ago cases, a few. and they tell me It's those cases that have causes this. 

Now, my Payments are on Hold & I get a reply from "Roshni" Indian Customer service agent. that They are releasing payment 190 days!!! WHAT!! why not release it a year Later! 

They tell me, once the cases are Resolved! WHAT??? Is their system gone corrupt? The cases everythings been already resolved. 

They don't READ anything, just Copy & Paste Reply! Hopefully eBay takes notice of this and resolves this Issue, It's in their best Interest. They lose good sellers, I've been really good to them.

Just curious, as you are selling from Pakistan how do you differentiate names as Indian or Pakistani?

In my corporate role I managed the work of a service center in India and the folks there were diligent intelligent and thorough.    I'm guessing these folks are doing exactly what they were hired to do - put you off.

I didn't like the patrician class sending all our jobs to India, not much I could do.

In the US our seller metrics go back 1 year. I would bet yours do too.
