Scam buyer says item is counterfeit and ebay gives them a full refund without a return?

A 0 feedback buyer from russia buys a ps4 from me, opens a return case and says the item is counterfeit. He escalates it types up something in word that says the item is counterfeit and puts a sony logo on it and ebay finds in his favor and lets him keep the item.

Do I have any rights here? The item was official, I have proof of purchase. ebay didn't even make him return the item and the counterfeit letter sent to me didn't even look official.

Yes they can. And why call PayPal? It’s a waste of time. This was an eBay case. PayPal can’t help thE the OP here.
