Well I think someone from ebay already answered that on another thread, that they are welcome here just like anyone else.

It's kind of a gray area but I personally think they should not be allowed to post on the 'selling' board specifically for the fact they cannot legally sell on the site that this particular board pertains to. I would say sure let them read in case that change in the future but posting here when it's irrelevant seems like a waste.

I feel bad for them honestly. Somehow they are being lied to and misled into believing they are able to sell here, I still do not understand the motivation for people telling them these lies, as I said it's just kind of sad.

Most of it is common sense. Don't read or reply to any emails. Do not accept any form of payment other than approved by Ebay. Do not fall for any sob stories. Check the buyer's feedback from other sellers. (they will be positive but the remarks can tell you a lot). Don't ship anything until after receiving payment. Always get tracking on your packages. Delivery confirmation for expensive items. As someone else mentioned, if yu feel something fishy come here first before doing anything.

And of course, check the feedback THEY left for sellers for signs of habitually trying to get partial refunds or other shenanigans.

I think the Sri Lanka posts are a form of free advertising.     "Look at me,   Here I am,  Buy something!"

But again, the problem is they cannot accept Paypal and therefore CANNOT sell here.
