Can not list due to managed pyts glitch...looks like others too for Months now!

Hello.  As title says can not list.  Its managed payments and this popped up about a week and a half ago.  I have seen other sellers have posted about this too.  Says Invalid payment policy.  Can not get an answer in this except to wait, but why am I waiting so long?  And why have others been having this problem.  Makes me not want to buy on here anymore.   

Is there any way around this?

In order to get paid for your sales, you must set up a checking account and connect it to your eBay account. 
Many have opened a new account just for eBay. 

Until you get it done, eBay can’t pay you. You should end your current listings, otherwise you will have to wait for that money to go to your state as unclaimed. It might take 4-6 months for your state to process your payment back to you.

I have been in Managed Payments since October 2018.

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking
account.  You can make any changes here:

My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information

If you want to change the checking account, go here:

Seller Hub > Payments > Payout settings > Payout method

I must not be understanding, you have current listings and sold listings as of two days ago. Months?
