Well... we sort of got a foreshadowing of this from Jeff a couple years ago when they just changed item specifics in the middle of a Saturday afternoon a few years back with no announcement before or after. When he was called on the eBay promise of letting users know when changes would affect their businesses Jeff just basically shrugged it off by basicially saying there really wasn't any such thing as YOUR businesses.

I'd assume that eBay is intimating that your account really isn't "yours" here as well... either that or they are lying "mis-speaking" to us again.

Well since the only impacts to a selling account now is

• Out of stock defects
• INR cases closed by eBay
• All cases resolved by eBay

OOS defects have a delay before they are finalized which is the time frame a real person reviews all history of the transaction including checking with the paypal history for the transaction.  INR and unresolved obviously need a person to close them before finalizing them.

What seems to be so confusing about this?

OOS defects have a delay before they are finalized which is the time frame a real person reviews all history of the transaction including checking with the paypal history for the transaction.  INR and unresolved obviously need a person to close them before finalizing them.
