Still no option to report this. I type in search for "ADP-400FR power supply" and its flooded with duplicate listings slightly worded different and staggering prices. This is not the only item that I sell they do it with just an example. Thus some of my best selling items never get seen on search results cause you have to scroll past 20-30 duplicates! Even if I note down all the item numbers and user id's etc I still can't report them? Obviously Ebay doesn't police the listings or care cause this has been going on since I started in 2019.

I agree not from seller standpoint even tho I do sell but currently buying new wardrobe, this are mass produced womens shirts, same picture on bleached out wood porch (one example) many, many more. I get sick of a page having 20 identical products to scroll through, I would agree from China even tho location is Miami or Calif. I started to report this item but you can only put in item numbers (no comments allowed). After looking at 4 separate blouses but listed 30 times plus I am not going to type in 30 ID numbers covering 5 ID listings. #2 I am never going to buy from thses sites (altho many do) When I see FB 94.6% with 250 negatives in one year NO! If buyers would check out FB & when hundreds say poor quality, too small & they would quit buying this nonsense would stop. No one will operate a business if no one buys. I guess that would be a boycott but no way to get word to potential buyers. I would like to do a search and maybe have 3 blouse pop up that were identical. But as another eBayer says it is money for eBay so look the other way but I could not put an identical listing. I know I have mistaknely tired before.

This is a big problem in quartz, rocks, carved stone ect. As a BUYER, I do not want to waste my time looking at unique items up for auction by multiple sellers. This is ridiculous!! Same rock, same pics 3-4 auctions! How do they allow this? I have bid and at the end the item is no longer listed! So they don’t sell unless they get the price they want. I usually shop to get unique stones for gifts. Not any longer. EBAY is now a scam market and not wasting my time here anymore!

Ebay only cares about the money. I spent months reporting a seller from Malaysia for constantly relisting an item over and over again using the same stock photos and the exact same description and the same SSD over and over again. I purchased it once from the seller, but they never shipped and supplied a fake tracking number. He used the same location on every account, but he had the same naming scheme pattern he figured no one would notice.. Each listing would disappear after I reported it, but then a different brand new account would list the item right after. I knew it was the same guy because he started messaging me via email after each take down. I only gave up because ebay switched my account over to managed payments and YET this clown created new accounts daily and the bay did nothing. I haven't put up a listing since.

We also see this in our category. (fishing rod building supplies) Pages of the same item - photos. & descriptions with BIN prices that are pennies apart. But, different sellers. I think that eBay would LOVE to do something about this but they really can't. - Different Sellers - IMHO

There's a seller I've reported who has 6000 listings but each is listed 4 times. Exact same item same pics just diff prices. Nothing was ever done.

That's what I get now. The more listings on eBay means they look better with a better chance of a sale. They don't care. It's capitalism

Trying to eliminate your competition has never been a working strategy on ebay. Even if you could do it then new ones would pop up just as fast as you took them out.
If you want to get great sales on those replacement parts than either have the best price shipped, or the best price shipped from a US seller at least as many won't order from China.

Please have a look at these 3 listings:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/375221501702
https://www.ebay.com/itm/166572010155
https://www.ebay.com/itm/196082960748
As you can see they are the exact same scarf, same exact photos, same description, etc etc.
It's the same seller but using different IDs and slightly different prices.
This is allowed?

I have started putting US Seller on my listings. I know myself have ordered from a china seller that did not list it was going to be shipped from china but from CA and I had to wait a month to get the idem and wish more US sellers would state it in the description so I started doing it with mine.

Common practice in sales of watches from various countries - often combined with impossibly low fixed prices.
