Still get the same message "There is an issue processing your request" when trying to submit a counter offer to a buyer.  Since eBay seems not to care as they closed the thread I started a new one not because I want a solution because I know it probably will not happen but just to state I am selling more stuff on mecari and Facebook marketplace much cheaper. Bye bye ebay

Are you referring to the thread you posted in 2012? Nine years ago? The one about how high eBay's fees are?

There are issues with offers right now to Buyers.  I don't remember seeing your thread, but perhaps they moved it to the technical board?

So many glitches right now- cannot keep up.
