Same buyer, four different accounts, can't ship in one package?

I'm having a problem with adding a tracking number one package.

I have one buyer with four different 0 feedback accounts. All shipping addresses are identical as is the buyer's name and email address. I purchased a label and tried to add the shipping number to the other three items, to ship them all together, and the system will not allow it.

I've looked for live chat to ask ebay to allow me to add the tracking number to the other three, but I can't find it. I'm deaf and cannot call them. So...I'm not sure what to do here. Aside from it looking really concerning that this buyer bought four items with four different names, all accounts created May 1st, 2017, now I can't add a tracking number to them without shipping four different envelopes, which is ridiculous.

Help? Please?

@frroggleggz Just an FYI, that would result in 4 defects which is deadly to a seller's account. Having a guest buyer is no cause for alarm.

Did the buyer pay for "four envelopes" or one?

OP, if the buyer paid for 4 seperate transaction, then ship in for seperate shipments.....that is the ONLY way you can be protected from a scam.

I'm seeing a scam here.  If I were a new buyer, I wouldn't be all demanding about how to ship after 4 items, I would have notified the OP after the first or second one.  To wait until after they have gone through the hassle of creating 3 more guest ids and start expecting special treatment from the seller is usually the mark of an exerienced scammer.   Easy scam, get 4 items and file on the 3 expensive ones and let the tracking number mistake give them 4 items for the price of 1.

And I am also seeing some greed from the OP, the magazines are listed with free shipping, so the OP is really benefiting from the merging of the transactions into one shipment.

Paid for 4 shipping - ship 4 packages.  Because I don't see how you can save yourself if you use only 1 tracking number.
