It won't be any worse than the current patchwork. I was charged sales tax on a shirt the other week by a seller in another State. Despite the fact that clothing is not taxed in my State AND the requirement for sellers to collect use tax to State residents is on sellers who sell more than $100K. Doubtful.
I'm fairly sure that there will be tax tables available for companies to buy that will list all the exemptions for common items. This whole rollout is going to be horrendous though.
