Hoping you all can help me out- I have received 8 emails with the same heading today, and same content. Problem is, this buyer purchased items from me about a month ago.... the items have been shipped and delivered weeks ago. Why would I be receiving these messages now? And will ebay pull the funds from my account (they purchased numerous items).
Thanks in advance.

They purchased 6 items from me in the last 60 days. Ebay keeps sending the exact same email- see attached.

We would block them so they cant buy anymore. Then once its all said and done and everything is good then unblock as long as the transations went well. Best regards

It makes sense to be deemed suspicious by Ebay, since it says that that user wasn't registered, but then again, how was he able to participate in the auctions if he wasn't registered in the first place?
Also, in order to avoid that in the future, there is the option on account settings, site preferences, to block potential buyers who have received unpaid item strikes or have a negative feedback.

Is it possible that they were registered, but recently had their account supsended or removed? Did they have active bids on any of your listings? It's probably a good idea to give eBay a call or reach out on Twitter or Facebook to get some further clarification.

Ebay booted the buyer........and they used to send this kind of email to anyone who had had a sale with them........ I haven't gotten one in along time, but when I did, nothing was ever done.......it was just informational........
